The game includes various achievements with coins and experience rewards.

Friend

All rewards follow the same progression except for the friends achievement, which is the easiest to obtain.

Store achievement: the number of stores players can buy in game is very limited, but stores are among chests rewards and are unlimited that way.

Decorations achievement: many decorations cost diamonds, but can be obtained with chests or cards.

Chests achievement: Those chests cost diamonds, but players can also get them as level or quest rewards.

Diamonds achievements

Some achievements can't be obtained without spending diamonds. Although the game provides some diamonds as rewards or with the publicity, the amount of diamonds needed is huge. To get those achievements, players have to either invest real money or play a very long time to patiently collect diamonds.

Expansion achievement: With the new 105 areas map, this achievement can now be completed with coins, but diamonds are still mandatory for those expansions to be connected to the admissions booth.

Employees achievement: Only 5 slots for employees are given with the building and the achievement is about employees hired at the same time. Players who want to get it have to unlock all needed slots AND hire all employees at once.

Team achievement: Besides the free employees given each month, employees cost diamonds. This achievement can be combined with the employees achievement.

Species achievement: At the moment, around 60 species can be obtained by buying them, as rewards, with events or with cards. Some species are only available as special reward when buying diamonds for real money.

Breeding achievement: This achievement by itself doesn't cost diamonds, but some shelters' upgrades cost diamonds and the achievement is dependent on the species achievement, since players can't breed species they don't possess.
