Club Contests (weekly)

Club Contests were introduced on the 29^th of May 2019.

They run from Wednesday to Wednesday every week (around 10:25 AM CEST) . The aim is to allow Guilds to compete for a prize. It doesn't involve regular connection or time, just donating as many matching animal cards as members have available.

Description

Contests choice

Three or four contests for animal statues are available to pick from each time. In February 2021, a 4th contest was made available for a Special Coat animal, which is available every other week. A Guild can only choose one to participate in for the whole week.

Contest main screen

Guild members can participate in the chosen contest by opening the contest tab of the guild screen. Once you tap "Donate Cards", you will be given the option to donate corresponding animal cards from inventory (if any), or purchasing Level-1-equivalent-animal-cards with coins or diamonds (depending on the animal). There is no limit to how many cards or purchases can be donated.

As of November 2023, new guild members must wait seven days in order to donate to fundraisers and contests.

Ranks

Each donated animal card gives two types of points:

1. Contributes to the overall/total Guild weekly-contest score
2. Adds to that player's guild membership rank points

The value of the Contest Points from the donated card depends on the LEVEL of the animal. Example: Level 1 (purchased donations or animal donations) is worth 10 points towards the weekly-contest.

There is a bonus multiplier, depending on the member ranking from donations to the contest that week, that affects the value of contributions:

The competing Guilds are then ranked against each other, according to overall scores, to determine the rewards.

Rewards

Every Guild that enters a weekly contest will get a reward, depending on the final score.

On the reward screen, the guild current rank is indicated.
